The impact of these videos resonated globally, inspiring virtual participation in the Cultural Style Week movement. We are thrilled to be able able to encapsulate even more diversity in our new video campaign and you are invited to apply to take part.

¿Cuál es su proceso de confirmación de eventos?

El siguiente proceso describe el viaje desde el contacto inicial hasta la entrega del evento y la revisión para los socios del evento que realizarán eventos y actividades. Etapa 1 - Expresión de interés - Recibimos su solicitud inicial a través de la página web de nuestros socios de eventos y revisamos los detalles. Etapa 2- Revisión del evento: una vez que haya tenido tiempo de revisar las preguntas frecuentes y hacer más preguntas, deberá completar el formulario en línea de "revisión del evento". detallando la ubicación del evento, la fecha exacta y el horario. También puede enviar cualquier duda o consulta antes de completar el formulario. Etapa 3 - Reunión de revisión - Si se acepta su propuesta, se reunirá con nuestro panel de revisión y/o fundador, para discutir la idea con más detalle antes de la se redacta y se firma el contrato. Etapa 4 - Planificación y promoción del evento - Se comenzará a trabajar en la planificación y promoción del evento. Etapa 5 - Entrega del evento - El evento se entregará como parte de la Semana del estilo cultural. Etapa 6: Revisión del evento: después del evento, revisaremos la entrega general y se liberarán los fondos en garantía pendientes. Habrá un proceso separado para ofertas especiales.
